Yes, standard engraving is included in the price of every trophy and award — text engraving at no extra charge. Some specialist engraving (such as glass or crystal) does carry a cost; we'll always tell you upfront if that applies to your order.

What are personalised centres and are they free?

Personalised centres are the small printed inserts that sit in the middle of a trophy, usually showing your club badge or a custom design. Yes, they're free where applicable — it's all part of the service.

Are your prices the same as buying direct from the supplier?

Yes. We match the prices of buying direct — there's no markup for using us. You get the personal service, the free standard engraving, and the relationship with Kerry and Tracey, all at the same price you'd pay going to the supplier yourself.

How far in advance should I order for end of season presentations?

We'd recommend getting in touch at least 3 to 4 weeks before your presentation night, especially during busy spring months. That said, we do our best to turn things around quickly — if you're in a rush, just give us a call and we'll see what we can do.

Can I order for multiple teams or age groups at once?

Absolutely — bulk orders for clubs with multiple teams are exactly what we specialise in. We can help you coordinate everything across different age groups, making sure sizes, styles and quantities all work together. Just tell us what you need.

Yes. If you'd like to see samples in person before ordering, just get in touch and we'll arrange it. We can also come to your committee meeting with samples if that's easier — several clubs find this really helpful when making decisions as a group.
